About the Role

You'll be involved in all a s pect s of our bu s ine s s ! In thi s po s ition you will be interacting with our cu s tomer s on the counter marketing product s and s e rvice s , completing rental booking s , i n s pecting vehicle s for damage s and al s o a s s i s ting with the cleaning of our vehicle s in the wa s h bay.

What you'll do

• Interact with our cu s tomer s face to face, promoting the Avi s Budget Group brand .
• Completing rental tran s action s , contract s and booking s .
• Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicle s according to company s tandard s .
• In s pecting vehicle s for any damage s that occurred during the previou s rental s .

What we're looking for

T his is a casual position that requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week where you will be scheduled to work during our operating hours being Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm , Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm & Sunday 3:00pm - 4:00pm.

• Applicant s mu s t have a full and valid driver' s licen s e
• Thi s i s a ca s ual po s ition that require s a minimum availability of 3-4 day s per week
• Previou s experience within retail, ho s pitality, cu s tomer s e rvice, s ale s or s imilar role s
• Ability to work in a fa s t paced environment while delivery exceptional cu s tomer s e rvice
• Ability to follow procedure s and adhere to company guideline s and s tandard s
• Comfortable learning and u s ing variou s computer s y s tem s to accurately input rental information
