Our Not for profit client is urgently seeking an experienced and switched on Healthcare Recruiter to join their team in Perth CBD.



This is an urgent role ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible so requires someone with strong experience in recruitment ideally within disability, human service, care or not for profit sector. This client is very strongly focused on providing the highest quality of customer and candidate care so people skills and a passion for providing top tier service is essential



Working hours: Mon - Fri - Business hours (37.5 hours per week)


Location: Perth CBD


Start date: ASAP


Duration: Approx. 3 - 6 months with potential to extend or become permanent for the right


candidate


Pay Rate: Approx $50ph + Super



In this role, you will be responsible mainly for recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to support their healthcare programs and services. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring alignment with the organization's values and mission. The ideal candidate is driven by making a positive impact in the healthcare sector and has experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment.



The Role


Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:



  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while ensuring alignment with the organization's values and mission

  • Bring innovative ideas and experience in developing sourcing and recruitment strategies.

  • Manage a number of requisitions at one time - including analysing and sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews, reference and compliance checking

  • Generating accurate employment contracts

  • Ensuring all employee records are current, compliant and kept up to date

  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

  • Building and maintaining a high calibre talent pipeline and candidate pool



Experience Required



  • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in hiring Registered Nurses and AINs.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for the mission of Not-for-Profit organizations and a commitment to making a positive impact in healthcare.

  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail

  • A customer service focus with a strong sense of candidate care and professionalism

  • Strong belief and interest in creating a positive candidate experience

  • Strong follow up skills

  • Experience developing and maintaining an active talent pipeline

  • Strong diversity focus

  • Current National Police Certificate
