ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to company growth, one of our multinational clients is seeking an experienced administrator to join their high-performing service team.

This role will suit someone interested in medical devices or biotechnology. Previous experience within an admin function within these industries is highly desirable.

GENERAL KEY DUTIES:

• Stock management, triaging workflow for engineers


• Managing work requests over phone or email using an ERP System (SAP or similar)


• Managing shared email inbox as needed.


• Physically locating stocks and managing inflow of deliveries

REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE:

• Previous experience within pharmaceuticals or medical devices is highly sought after.


• Experience using ERP System (SAP is desired)


• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable


• Strong Office suite experience


• Adaptable and a quick learner
