Recruitment Consultant - Onsite

Are you great with people and love building relationships?

We are looking for a driven, ambitious, and resilient individual who wants to work in a dynamic and varied work environment!

This is a fast-paced recruitment role where you will manage the end-to-end process for one of our world leading manufacturing clients, offering temporary opportunities to candidates across various shifts and roles.

Most importantly, you will need to build relationships with multiple stakeholders at all levels and be seen as a credible business consultant delivering recruitment solutions whilst based onsite.

What's a normal day going to look like:

• Collaborating with the client to understand their recruitment needs


• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure open communication and trust


• Source, attract and interview candidates through to placement


• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress


• Performance management and ongoing engagement of candidates


• Weekly management of rosters and payroll queries

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong relationship-building and communication skills


• Proven experience in agency recruitment, preferably in an onsite or client facing role


• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.


• The ability to work autonomously with flexible hours when required


• Resilient, agile, and tenacious in personality


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
