Social Media Officers

Our large Federal Government client is looking to engage multiple Social Media Officers for intial contracts until 30 June 2025. This is your opportunity to contribute to a major national project led by the federal government across Australia.

You will:

• Monitor social media content coming in,


• Assess incoming social media content for potential action,


• Allocate and escalate social media content according to priority and potential response and


• Respond to social media content in line with pre-prepared scripts.

To be successful, you will have:

• Familiarity with social media channels and operations and


• Experience working as part of a large team.

*Desirable: Communications or Media qualification - either complete or in-progress and experience in an APS work setting.

Please note, these positions require Australian Citizenship.
