Our client is an end-to-end supply chain partner within the Supermarket industry, and they have exciting opportunities for both voice / order pickers and warehouse staff to join their well-established team on a casual basis. With industry leading safety protocols to help ensure the safety of their employees, their families and the community.

This is a physical role that utilises transferable skills such as labouring and voice picking, repetitive manual handling is highly regarded.

Located in Dandenong, this busy distribution centre currently provides Day/Noon shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking orders using voice headset in a department requires repetitive lifting


• Packing and palletizing grocery products


• Allocating and retrieving goods from specific warehouse areas


• Operating transporters and warehouse equipment


• Completing duties across both room and cool temperatures (3-5 degrees)


• Working up to 40 hours per fortnight

Our ideal Candidate:

• Good communicational skills


• Comfortable in working in the chiller


• Ability to work in a face paced supportive environment


• Physically fit/ability to lift up to 25kg in selected departments


• Experience voice picking highly regarded


• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed set KPI's


• Willingness to learn and develop existing skills


• Availability to commence ASAP


• A current driver's licence and own transportation
