Job Description

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking reliable & hard-working Forklift Operators for an immediate start for our client located in Laverton North Vic.



Job Requirements:



  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (important for handling dangerous goods).

  • Ability to read and sign off on training documents for site-related activities.

  • Completion and understanding of site induction requirements.

  • Hold a high-risk work license for forklift operation (LF license); experience with Toyota forklifts preferred.

  • Physically fit and capable of lifting packages up to 20 kg.

Duties and responsibilities involved:



  • Safely loading and unloading trucks to high standards.

  • Unloading shipping containers using forklifts (no loose loads on site).

  • Completing receiving paperwork accurately.

  • Performing daily forklift inspections.

  • Maintaining general housekeeping of the warehouse.

  • Responding promptly to instructions, especially in emergencies (highly unlikely).

  • Preparing stock for dispatch, including picking, labeling, and using stretch wrappers.
