About Us


Our client is one of Australia's leading manufacturers and distributors of industrial products, offering a wide range of innovative and high-quality solutions for the building, construction, and industrial markets. They are currently looking for a Sales & Service Coordinator for their business expansion to join their team in Adelaide.



About the role:




  • Handle all customer service inquiries via phone and email.

  • Process sales orders and credits.

  • Provide customer quotes, follow up on quotes, update order statuses, and communicate lead times.

  • Offer technical product information and support to customers.

  • Assist our sales team with various tasks.



Skills and Experience:




  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within a technical or sales-oriented environment.

  • Work history demonstrating consistency, dependability, and a proactive attitude towards work.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to customers and team members.

  • Basic understanding of technical products and the ability to learn and communicate technical information to customers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and support business operations.
