• 12-month Full Time Temporary contract with possibility to extend

• Clerk Grade 9/10 (salary range $144,140 – $146,966 plus super and annual leave loading)

• Location – Central Sydney office

About us

Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. We can help people with most areas criminal law, family law and every day civil law legal issues. We give legal advice, help at court and do family dispute resolution. We can do this over the telephone or at one of our 28 offices.

About the role

You will lead the Application Service team and responsible and accountable for efficient management and administration of the Information Technology Platforms and Applications. The Manager Application Services uses the highly developed information technology knowledge and skills to enhance productivity in the complex and diverse areas of platforms and applications management, implementation, quality assurance, support and vendor management.

About you

You will be a customer centric, dynamic and design thinking Salesforce specialist with demonstrated experience in SAP integration which includes undertaking detailed analysis of the information management requirements across all systems and developing information management standards.

You will have strong communication (written and verbal) skills, be able to effectively communicate with key project stakeholders and vendors to develop data models that reflect current and future needs of the organisation. You will be a driven individual who is motivated to lead a team to providing operational excellence.

We may use this recruitment to create a talent pool for similar ongoing or temporary vacancies we have over the next 18 months.

The essential requirements for this role

You must:

· relevant tertiary and/or professional qualifications in ICT or related discipline or

· significant demonstrated experience with management of ICT platforms and applications including cloud based within large organisations

· be willing to do a Criminal Record Check

· hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)

2. Demonstrate your Integration experience in supporting or implementing enterprise solutions and cloud applications Integration with Salesforce Platform. Please highlight if you have SAP Integration experience.

3. Provide information on your level of knowledge related to finance.
