In addition to enhancing delivery of core operational services and pursuing new enabling technology solutions, the P&C team is responsible for designing and delivering an exciting agenda of strategic people priorities and programs.

Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment, this is a unique opening for an experienced team leader to continue our journey in standing up a newly hired and centralised recruitment team. • Identify and capture key talent acquisition metrics to monitor trends, measure outcomes, and inform decisions

Your career history to-date is a direct outcome of your strong communication skills in offering expert advice and guidance. Your proactive and positive attitude, coupled with excellent stakeholder management abilities, is crucial in fostering and sustaining collaborative relationships.
