In this senior role, you will deliver high-quality, comprehensive speech pathology services to clients and their families, utilising evidence-based practices to achieve optimal health outcomes across the Illawarra Shoalhaven region. You will also support the unit head and clinical leaders by supervising staff, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. ISLHD operate four hospital sites on Dharawal Country in the Illawarra: Coledale Hospital, Bulli Hospital, Wollongong Hospital and Shellharbour Hospital.

· Tertiary degree in speech pathology (or equivalent) with eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.

· Working With Children Check (WWCC)
