The role

The Marketing Services Officer is at the forefront of the Marketing & Communications team, delivering high-quality marketing services for a diverse range of stakeholders. Balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines will require exceptional time management, communication, and project management skills. You’ll need to stay ahead of industry changes, leveraging your experience with technology and creativity to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

The Marketing Servies Officer is responsible for coordinating and delivering professional marketing solutions, managing campaigns, and creating assets for both print and digital media. You’ll collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to enhance and uplift the Sydney Olympic Park brand, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Building strong stakeholder relationships, staying informed on the latest marketing trends, and utilising your creative skills will be the key to the team’s success.

Marketing Services Officer

What you will bring to the role

  • 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience using Canva, the Adobe Suite or similar
  • Creativity and innovation to bring fresh ideas and approaches to problem-solving and project development
  • Keen interest in the design process from creating internal assets to briefing design projects
  • High level administrative skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and competing demands
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes

What is an essential requirement:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
