About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an Organization and Methods Analyst to join Programmed, working at our head office in Burswood. This integral role supports with driving efficiency and customer satisfaction by analyzing, evaluating, and improving business processes. You will help support our clients in identifying shortcomings, developing strategies and implementing solutions to optimize resource use and resolve operational challenges.
Nature of the position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Burswood
Reporting Line: General Manager – Operational Excellence
Remuneration: $140,000 - $150,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organizations’ resources
- Discussing business and organizational shortcomings with clients
- Analyzing and evaluating current systems and structures
- Discussing current systems with staff and observing systems at all levels of organization
- Directing clients towards more efficient organization and developing solutions to organizational problems
- Undertaking and reviewing work studies by analyzing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative and clerical procedures
- Recording and analyzing organizations’ workflow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions
- Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organizational problems
- Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation
- Reviewing operating procedures and advising of departures from procedures and standards
About You
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Facilities Management sector
- Experience in business process improvement and consulting
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and managing change initiatives
- Proficient in project management and workflow analysis
- Strong background in documentation, reporting, and work studies
- Knowledge of business analysis, change management, and customer satisfaction strategies
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and data analysis for decision-making
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting metrics to drive performance improvements
- Experience in leading digital transition and transformation processes using project management methodologies
- Familiarity with Office 365 Suites
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
