Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join one of our clients for an immediate start for a period of 2 months with a possibility of extension.


The Role








Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Ensure all project information and documentation is generated, maintained, and processed accurately and promptly.

  • Develop and sustain effective working relationships with all project stakeholders.

  • Monitor and compile all certification requirements for compliance with building regulations throughout the project.

  • Generate, follow up, maintain, and process necessary documentation.

  • Adhere to the company's policies and procedures at all times.

  • Provide high-level administrative support to staff, supervisors, and managers.

  • Assist the WHSE department with safety and administrative tasks as needed.

  • Onboard new vendors and contractors into the system.

  • Report all hazards, incidents, and near misses.


Skills and Experience Required:



  • Experience in project and office administration, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.

  • Intermediate clerical and administrative skills.

  • Basic understanding of the Building Certification process and project handover requirements.

  • Intermediate financial administration knowledge (e.g., purchase orders, invoicing, budget management).
