PERSOLKELLY is in partnership with our client who is a global leader in water management, the company provides products for collecting, cleaning, and managing water, supporting all phases of the water cycle and enhancing water-sensitive urban design. They are looking for a Supply Chain analyst to join their expanding team who comes from a manufacturing industry.
About You: The Supply Chain Analyst, reporting to the Supply Chain Leader in the Operations department, is responsible for planning, analyzing, and monitoring the organization's supply chain distribution. The role focuses on ensuring that products are delivered to their destinations efficiently, both in terms of time and cost.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels and demand patterns to optimize stock and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage material requirements to improve inventory turnover and reduce on-hand levels.
- Establish and maintain minimum and maximum inventory thresholds and inventory policies.
- Oversee data cleansing in the ERP system and create dashboards for daily raw material analysis.
- Lead internal projects to enhance sales campaigns and productivity through operational analysis.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement projects.
- Use data analysis to optimize production schedules and lead cost reduction initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Collaboration and communication proficiency.
- Decision-making and initiative.
- Proficiency in MS Windows Office Programs.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
- Skilled in writing reports and business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients and customers.
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis and planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with manufacturing technology, processes, and principles.
