About the Role

3M are currently seeking multiple Skilled Inbound & Outbound Warehouse coordinators to join the Pemulwuy Warehouse team. In this role you will be responsible for Daily inbound & outbound activities, including receipting of inventory & discrepancy handling.

If you have previous experience in a warehouse coordinator role, and pride yourself on being highly skilled with immaculate attention to detail then this may be the perfect position for you.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:




  • Assist in the day-to-day activities in both inbound and outbound operations of the warehouse

  • Facilitating inbound receipt of inventory into Pemulwuy

  • Ensuring all Freight labels are printed and ready for DC operators upon arrival of freight

  • Providing support and follow up for freight queries - escalate issues to appropriate contacts if required

  • Freight Discrepancy Handling

  • Ensuring daily customer orders are pick is shipped on time by working with shipping office team

  • Scheduling and organizing the delivery of products for specific customers

  • Liaising with local vendors, accepting delivers, general enquiries, confirming PO's, producing documentation and tickets

  • Checking imported goods to ensure that everything is correct












To succeed in this role, the successful candidate should meet the following criteria:




  • Minimum of 1-2 years' relevant experience within a warehouse environment

  • Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP EWM

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks on a weekly and daily basis

  • Fantastic communication skills

  • Process driven & good with numbers

  • Proven experience in warehouse and logistics coordination

  • Full time on location
