Selection Criteria

1. Demonstrated knowledge and skills to undertake general maintenance tasks

2. Demonstrated capacity to develop and follow planned maintenance schedules.

3. Proven ability to follow instructions and work cooperatively in a team environment and with a range of people

4. Ability to work independently and to be self-motivated, show initiative.

5. High level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to establish strong links with key stakeholders as well as the ability to work through issues constructively.

6. A sound knowledge of OHS requirements within the workplace.

7. Demonstrated experience and skill in coordinating and determining work priorities required of the Maintenance/Grounds keeper with minimal supervision overseeing contractors
