Project Coordinator
Location: Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN
Setting: Hybrid
Contract: 12 Months
Day to day duties:
• Will be administering software agreements and renewals
• Updating financial agreement data base
• Coordinating with owners, vendors of agreements
• Processing the renewal through purchasing system
• Add documents to repository
• Software purchasing familiar with contract and licensing
• Financial acumen
Internal customers:
• Technology services
• Communications team
External customers:
• Work with vendors – quotes and work with Business group to coordinate through Adobe
Highlights of position:
• Career path will grow
• Financial administrative side of purchases
• Large spend
• Lot of visibility top many people and organization
• 90% trained in 3 months
Tech Stack /Skills:
• Microsoft office
• Service Now – contracts / renewals
• SAP – po etc
• SharePoint – processing request and then to SAP
• Collaborate
• Proactive
• Persistent
• Polite but need to get task done – assist and move people forward
• Attention to detail and tracking
1) Someone with a base knowledge of SW and terms, maintenance,
2) Administer and research items through SAP, Sharepoint
3) Business skills
4) Logical, ask questions
Required:
• Quantitative
• Validate with qty, licenses, factual details instead of terms and condition
Industries:
• Utilities BG is great
• Accounting BG - Basic
Certifications:
• 8-plus or minus years SW renewal, accounting, financial processing
• No certifications
Education:
• Experience is fine over degree
