Albany, NY
Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Safety Administrator to join our client in the construction and engineering industry. Our client services a variety of markets including transportation, water/wastewater, power, oil, gas and chemical, building and mining.
This is a full-time, contract opportunity to join a well-respected organization driven by providing learning and growth opportunities within the construction industry!
Duties & Responsibilities
Pull all weekly incidents to send to Safety Director
Maintain an updated/ongoing list of all incidents for the project
Send out final incident reports to the project & enter them into the client SharePoint
Create the weekly directors report, monthly client report, and the monthly operations report
Enter project safety assessments into In8
Provide Safety Directors weekly updates
Manage all invoicing for the safety department
Order PPE for the Area’s
Qualifications
0-1 years of related professional experience preferred
Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must have a valid Driver's License
Salary
$24/hr
