Job Outline

As a Senior or Principal Consultant at Cubiq, your career progression is determined by your own ambitions. Key Responsibilities

• Business development & Client base management across ERP systems
• Leadership and building of a high performing team if this is the route you choose
• Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
• Brand presence building
• Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
• Offer management and post placement support
• Strategic growth of desk and department
• Develop candidate network within your field
• Arrange and lead new client meetings

Experience recruiting in the ERP recruitment world is preferred however we are also open to experienced technical recruiters from Software or another technical area that are open to cross-training into this exciting and growing world! Experience level is also flexible - attitude and drive is more important for us!
