Job Description

Technical Learning Designer

6 month daily rate contract

Daily rate: £350.00 per day inside IR35

Remote based

Starting as soon as possible


Instinct are currently working with highly technical, national organisation who require an experienced Learning Designer to cover the full end to end process of digital and blended learning design and development.


The Role

As part of a large ongoing transformation project, this position will require an experienced Learning Designer to work with subject matter experts and create high level, technical learning content covering both digital and blended approaches.


Ideally, this person will be a confident user of authoring tools, in particular Evolve to develop the final piece of learning.


The content will range across a wide variety of technical areas from engineering through to IT systems and so we require someone with a strong background within these technical areas.


The person

This person will come from a strong Learning Design background as well as having worked on technical subject areas including engineering and IT systems.


You will be confident liaising with SMEs to gather raw content and transform it into manageable and understandable learning which will then be developed within Evolve.


Due to the nature of the content, the successful person will be required to undergo a Security Clearance and will be set up to work remotely, based in the UK.
