We are partnering with a market leading, ambitious, and innovative global leader within the IT Services sector who have a strong and continually growing presence worldwide. As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking a motivated Account Director to join their successful and innovative team.

The Role: Reporting to the Director of Sales, as an Account Director, you will manage, retain, and expand one of the company’s largest and most intricate government contracts, with a £multi-million-pound value. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth by strategically upselling comprehensive solutions, effectively addressing current challenges, and anticipating future business needs. This is a relationship focused role, you will be the key point of contact, working closely with senior stakeholders within the accounts monitoring and improving account performance by designing & implementing account strategies to ensure client satisfaction & retention.

Location: HQ, Reading - This is a hybrid role, which will involve travel.

They are seeking candidates with the following skills & experience:

➡ Account Management / Relationship Management experience gained within a digital data & information services company.

➡ Excellent commercial and relationship management skills.

➡ Proven experience in managing large, complex contracts

➡ Strong experience of growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling

➡ Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.

➡ Strong consultative approach and a trusted advisor.
