Associate General Counsel

We are currently supporting a leading, international law firm who is seeking to appoint an Associate General Counsel.

Based in London (with hybrid working practices) you will support the General Counsel (COLP) across the full range of legal issues facing the firm which will include compliance with laws and SRA regulatory requirements, employment issues, the review of contracts and agreements, financial crimes, conflicts of interest, sanctions, conduct issues and litigation. Additionally, you will assist in the protection of the firm by procuring relevant insurance protection and liaising with brokers and insurers.

With such an array of topical matters to address across multiple jurisdictions this is a great opportunity to innovate from within and be a part of the strategic development of a leading international law firm who is looking to scale across it’s international network and build complimentary disciplines to support it’s core areas of expertise.

Ideally you will possess a minimum of 8 years PQE that will have been gained at a leading law firm and in-house.
