About the Firm: This client is a leading legal firm with a commitment to providing exceptional legal services. The firm is known for its collaborative approach, innovative solutions, and dedication to client success. They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner/ senior lawyer looking to progress to Partner level to join the Construction Law team, focusing on non-contentious matters but with opportunity to work on contentious matters as well.

Role Overview: As a Partner in the Construction Law team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the construction law practice. You will work closely with clients across various sectors, providing expert legal advice and ensuring their projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently. You will work alongside the other construction partner in the team who specialises in contentious matters and who will work collegiately with you. There is a very strong referral network from the firm more widely and from the real estate department in particular. This is an opportunity to take a lead role where there will be work for you to take on but to have good autonomy and to be able to quickly progress to equity status given the workload there and the very fair expectations that the firm has in general.

This firm will consider and support a senior lawyer looking to take the step up to salaried partner level as there is enough work to facilitate this provided the candidate can demonstrate interest in marketing and bd activities.
