Commercial Lawyer (IP focus)

Our client is an international PE backed organisation that is looking to hire a Commercial lawyer to help build their digital platform.

Supporting the Chief Legal Officer, you will draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to technology transactions, including software licences, service level agreements (SLAs), technology development agreements, SaaS agreements, data protection agreements, terms of service, and technology transfer agreements. Additionally, you will oversee all matters pertaining to IP and data protection.

Ideally possessing 3-5 years PQE, this is a newly created role so proposes an exciting opportunity to advise on strategy and shape and implement process.

The role is based in central London (3 days a week onsite).
