SAP Delivery Manager

Up to £85,000 base salary + benefits

London/Hampshire – 3x days per week

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a highly prestigious and industry-leading luxury consumer goods brand who are going through a large-scale technology and digital transformation. The organisation has a history stretching back over 300 years and renowned for its commitment to quality, tradition, and expertise, and has long been associated with high-profile clientele, including royalty.

Here, you’ll be playing an integral role overseeing the management of their S/4HANA product and ensuring it aligns with the company’s constantly changing finance and supply chain needs. The company is modest in size, so you will be expected to be ‘wear multiple hats’ and to be hands on within this role.

Other responsibilities include:

• Managing and leading three SAP Specialists, ensuring they effectively prioritise and manage design, builds and changes.
• Build impactful and successful relationships with third party suppliers.
• Keeping up with IT/digital trends to ensure that the business is getting the best out of their product capability.

Key skills you will need:

• Experience in SAP delivery: Proven experience working in an SAP-focused delivery role is essential.
• Leadership experience: We are looking for candidates that can lead and take the team on a journey.
• Good communication skills: This is an event driven industry, you will constantly be driving relationships with customers and stakeholders.
