Demand Planning Manager

Elite have partnered with a growing luxury beauty & fragrance group, to support on the hire of an experienced Demand Planning Manager to join their collaborative team.

Job Summary -

As the Demand Planning Manager, you will lead and manage the demand planning operations (planning, coordinating), improving efficiency, and ensuring quality in the process. You will create and implement a robust line-level 12 month rolling forecast for all SKUs aligned with Company’s target working closely together with cross functional teams – Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement demand forecasting models and processes to accurately predict customer demand.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather data and insights for demand forecasting.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to identify patterns and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand forecasts to optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
• Communicate demand forecasts and inventory recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in demand planning to drive continuous improvement.

Please note - Production planning or liaising frequently with a Production Planning team and purchasing team is a must for this role.
