Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Pitched Roofing

This full-time role involves Measure works from drawings and/or measured surveys.

Ensure works are quoted as per approved working drawings and specification.

Put together material orders and ensure deliveries meet agreed programme requirements.

Liaise with company employed subcontractors preconstruction and obtain quotations for the works.

Maintain a good working relationship with both our operatives and the Main Contractor/Client.

Attend site meetings as required.

Provide technical expertise and recommendations regarding systems, materials, and construction methods

Ideal candidates should have a valid UK driving licence, pitched roofing background, and good IT skills.
