We’re partnered with a London-based D2C brand who have grown at some serious pace over the last few years, and now, as they embark on their next phase of growth, they’re looking to bring someone ‘in-house’ who can work on their TOV, strategise, execute and work with the Founders and Marketing Director to make this brand memorable. And it’s SO SO good!! The backing they have is phenomenal, the partnerships they’ve signed are phenomenal, and they’re daring to be different!

So, what does the role broadly entail?

• Strategy. How do you balance the TOV, how do you grow the brand and make something truly memorable?
• Ideation. Understand the customers' pains, hopes, and desires – how can you help them achieve their goals? Make an impact with social campaigns while pushing for more, with bigger campaigns, thinking PR and experiential.
• Execution of copy. Bring your ideas to life through social media, CRM, website, and product
• Curiosity. You’ll analyse your work. You won’t just be putting words out there but testing and learning.

Is this going to be for you?

I ask the question as this won’t be for every Copywriter out there. These guys are a scaling D2C brand who are operating at pace and in order to be successful here, not only do you need to be bold and creative in your writing style, but you need to be a genuine self-starter who has a desire to grow and has a strong sense of where you’re going.

Key things that we’re looking for in the successful candidate are detailed below and we’re looking for a minimum of 5+ years experience in the art of copywriting!

• You think ‘outside the box’, you’re bold in your copy and prepared to take a risk.
• You’re excellent at simplifying a complicated message and making it impactful.
• You’re strategic yet love getting stuck into the ‘day to day’ and love to own the execution of your ideas!
• You’re goal-orientated and have a desire to grow quickly.
• You have an internal drive that sees you focus on results and delivery.
• You take ownership and responsibility and have a real passion for copywriting being a natural creative!
