We are excited to partner with a prestigious global law firm in their search for a BD & Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Role
The BD & Marketing Manager will take the helm of a dynamic team of five junior professionals, leading efforts across multiple global offices. The role is central to identifying training and development opportunities within the team, ensuring they achieve their full potential. Reporting to the Senior BD&M Manager, the successful candidate will play a key coaching role, guiding the team to deliver outstanding results. A key aspect of this role will also be the implementation of their new workflow tool.
Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Workflow Implementation: Spearhead the adoption and implementation of a new workflow tool.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with the design team to align project objectives and creative direction.
- Strategic Communication: Manage and adapt communication strategies to ensure clarity and impact across all channels.
- Brand Cohesion: Oversee the development of merchandise, ensuring consistency across all branded materials.
- Project Management: Lead the establishment and oversight of timelines and processes, driving efficient project execution.
- BD Excellence: Deliver exceptional business development services, including the production of sales support materials, CRM management, and assistance with awards submissions.
- Process Improvement: Review and implement processes that enhance operational speed, quality, and consistency.
