Senior Supply Chain Management Consultant

What we need to look out for –

1. Strong knowledge of processes and functions – Finance, Supply chain, Procurement
2. Good ERP functional knowledge
3. Experience in Process Design, Transformation
4. Experience in consulting and advisory
5. Experience in Solutioning, architecting, and proposal building
6. Ability to shape customer conversations and lead bid defense
7. Ability to engage independently with sales, pre-sales teams and drive opportunities
8. Strong communication skills – this is absolutely key

Qualifications – Critical Skills

· Hands on consulting experience on ERPs like SAP S4HANA/Oracle Cloud with Supply Chain – in areas like Procurement / Inventory Planning / MRP / Capacity Planning / ATP/ Inbound and Outbound Logistics, Subcontractor process, consignment and vendor managed Inventory functions

Experience in process transformation

· The process lead should have deep Process Knowledge and some respect hands on ERP experience (Preferably SAP SCM implementation experience.)

· Ability to do Process FIT GAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects

· The process lead should have deep Process Knowledge and some good hands on ERP experience (Preferably SAP SCM implementation experience.)

· Hands on consulting experience on S4Hana SCM

· Participate in business development, including customer presentations and RFP responses related to conversion lead role

· Experience in hands-on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities

· Strong Technical background, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required
