Commercial Property Solicitor

Commercial Property - Associate/Senior Associate - Up to £75,000 salary

• Working autonomously on a broad variety of transactions, you’ll be seeking to strike the balance between managing the legal risk and getting the deal done for your clients
• Managing a varied caseload including commercial acquisitions and disposals, auctions, development work, re-financing, Landlord and Tenant, leases, underleases and assignments
• Dealing with matters from initial contact through to completion, including drafting contracts and negotiating leases
• Assisting Partners with high value and / or complex commercial property matters
• Identifying and attending key networking and other business events to contribute to the development of the sales pipeline

The Candidate

• Commercially astute Associate/Senior Associate with 5+ years’ post qualification experience and a credible background of working in commercial property
• Strong technical capability with excellent drafting skills.
• Proven ability to thoroughly assess client requirements and deliver commercial solutions
• Track record of building profitable and long standing relationships with clients
• Passionate about delivering a proactive, client focused and tailored service and able to confidently communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Team player who can effectively build cross-departmental relationships and generate additional referrals into the business
• Able to work within a fast-paced, team environment, effectively managing priorities to meet deadlines
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
