Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 + uncapped commission

A rapidly growing company specialising in secure collaboration solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive. This role focuses on the Defence, Law Enforcement, and National Security sectors, working closely with senior leadership to drive business strategy and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales opportunities to meet quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage key customer accounts and develop strategic partnerships.
• Lead the proposal and bid management process, including technical proposal creation and tender coordination.
• Maximize lead generation at global industry events and support marketing efforts.

• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
• Thrives in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable building relationships in Defence and Security sectors.
• Experienced in selling value-added services to National Security/Defence/Law Enforcement.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage in technical discussions with both internal teams and clients.

Industry experience in order of preference:

Tier 1 - Military/Defence

Tier 2 - Central Government

Tier 2 - Blue Light/Emergencies
