Information Technology Support Technician

1st Line Technician – up to £26,000 – Birmingham

I am currently working with a leading MSP based in Birmingham who are looking for an ambitious Technician to join their ranks. They work with clients primarily in the financial services sector.

Our client is looking for outgoing, ambitious and dedicated professional to help drive growth by providing excellent customer service efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in customer service, ideally at an MSP.
• A good understanding of Office 365
• Has a strong understanding of tenant management
• Have provided Windows Support
• Hardware support, such as printers
• You have experience with One Drive Syncing.
