We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in Shoreditch, London. They are looking to recruit for for a full-time Marketing Executive. This role offers a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days working from home. Our client is looking for a talented individual to support their marketing strategy, with responsibilities ranging from campaign execution and digital marketing to content creation and event coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing marketing plans, including campaigns, product marketing, digital initiatives, social media, and communications.
• Develop and manage content for websites, email campaigns, promotions, and customer newsletters.
• Coordinate events and manage logistics.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy while using analytics and LinkedIn to grow the customer base.
• Engage with social media and LinkedIn connections to boost brand visibility.
• Oversee and track email campaigns.
• Analyse marketing performance, track ROI, and contribute to strategy.
• Provide support to Marketing Managers on various projects.
• Website content management, SEO optimisation, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management, and creative skills.
• Customer-focused with the initiative to drive projects forward.
• Experience with social media and a solid understanding of event marketing.
• Proficiency in email marketing, social media, paid media, and website management.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Ability to analyse marketing metrics, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
• Experience in managing marketing budgets.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
