An exciting position has arisen for a Health and Safety Business Partner to join GPE, a highly respected central London property investment and development company quoted on the London Stock Exchange which owns around £2.5 billion of real estate.

Working alongside Senior Health and Safety Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the customer focus journey GPE are currently on, working with a wide variety of departments to assist them around compliance and innovation.

The successful Health and Safety Business Partner will:

• Proven track record of health and safety within organisations with a large property portfolio background (property, corporate construction, real estate, retail, leisure, hospitality etc.)
• Ideally possess a minimum qualification of a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, but relevant industry experience will be considered.
• Have a customer focused style and approach, with an engaging, likeable communication style.
• Be able to demonstrate a proven track record of health and safety within organisations with a large commercial real estate background
• Hold a good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and mandatory requirements.
• Want to work flexibly, with 3 days a week in their Cavendish Square London office or across the portfolio, and 2 days remotely.
