Consumer Duty & Product Governance Specialist - London Market Broker (3-Month Contract)

Contract: 3 months
Rate: £550-£650pd (Outside IR35)

We are seeking a Consumer Duty & Product Governance Specialist for a leading London Market Broker. This is a 3-month contract focused on ensuring compliance with FCA Consumer Duty regulations and overseeing product governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed product reviews to ensure alignment with FCA regulations.
• Lead the implementation of Consumer Duty frameworks across various business lines.
• Ensure effective governance throughout the product lifecycle, from design to monitoring.
• Work with compliance and senior stakeholders to enhance consumer-focused outcomes.
• Provide strategic recommendations and ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Consumer Duty and Product Governance within the London Market.
• Experience conducting product reviews and risk assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Previous contract or interim experience is a plus.
