Job Description

Corporate Solicitor - Fully remote

Award winning law firm are currently looking to expand their corporate division by recruiting an additional lawyer to work alongside the corporate partner on a range of corporate transactional and M&A matters.

This firm are very very different and offer more of a hybrid environment between in-house and private practice. They are extremely modern, have the most up to date technology, and are very forward thinking, hence most of their lawyers work remotely. They do have an office in West Kent, should you want to attend the office, but there is certainly no expectation to do so.

The firm are very well established offering commercial services to their clients, but are now expanding into the corporate realm, and therefore are looking to recruit a mid level lawyer to assist with this and work closely alongside the partner, who has a stellar corporate background. You will partner with the clients and provide corporate transactional advice including simple through to very complex and high value mergers & acquisitions work.

You must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (England & Wales qualified) and it is anticipated you will have around 2/3+ years PQE. You will have a strong corporate transactional background and any experience in commercial law and IT/IP contracts would be an advantage. You must consider yourself technically strong and a flexible approach is required.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to join a firm that is very different (in a good way!) and if you are looking to work fully remotely.
