Senior Employee Relations Manager (Cantonese / Mandarin / Korean Speaker)

Planet Pharma are partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company and we are actively seeking a Senior Employee Relations Manager to join the business on an initial 6 month contract with potential to be extended. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week on-site in Stockley Park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as subject matter expert on employee relations issues.
• Reviewing ER policies for the company and propose, align and consult on required agreements where it’s needed.
• Partner effectively to create change management and communication plans for a broad audience to include Human Resources and Gilead employees as appropriate.
• Participate in cross-border projects.
• Responding to and investigating complaints involving complex employment matters.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean
• Employment Law Degree preferred
• Broad knowledge of HR principles and policies
