Our Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm looking to bring a Senior Private Client Solicitor into their team. Known for delivering high-quality legal services, they are seeking an experienced professional to manage private client matters and contribute to the growth of their department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of private client matters independently, with minimal supervision.
• Engage in business development, expanding the existing client base and attracting new clients.
• Handle a range of matters, including:
• Administration of estates
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Preparation of wills
• Obtaining grants of probate
• Administration of elderly affairs

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a fee-earning role, specialising in Private Client law.
• The ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Strong communication skills and experience in building client relationships.
• Business development experience is desirable.
