Due to sustained growth, this firm are looking for a Senior Pitch Executive to join their highly regarded team based in London. The successful candidate will support the firm’s most crucial global RFPs across various practice and industry groups, collaborating closely with the central pitch team and broader BD teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist on large, complex RFP projects, ensuring the smooth execution of these strategically important opportunities.
• Manage RFP opportunities from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify strategies that will secure new business, and develop compelling pitch content and messaging that sets the firm apart.
• Support partners in preparing for client presentations.
• Monitor opportunities and outcomes, maintaining an organized pitch library and providing detailed management reports.

About You:

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging, persuasive content.
• Meticulous eye for detail.
• Prior experience of pitches or BD, gained within a professional services environment.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and collaborating with various stakeholders.
