The Job:

Job Title: Team PA

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 (DoE)

Hybrid set up: Five days in the office

What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

• Extensive diary management, coordinating meeting and liaising with stakeholders
• Gatekeeping, attending meetings and taking minutes with follow up actions
• Organising travel with all logistics and visa coordination
• Managing expenses and ensuring processes are as streamlined as possible
• Ad hoc project and admin work

What is the company looking for?

• 3 + years of experience in a team PA role within Finance
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent ability to manage competing priorities
• A team player with strong EQ
