Legal Recruitment Advisor - 9 month FTC

An exciting opportunity for an experienced legal recruitment consultant to join a leading law firm on a Fixed-Term-Contract for an initial period of 9 months. You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions on permanent, contract and temporary positions across the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Determining, coordinating and delivering a resourcing plan to meet the hiring needs of the team/department. This includes proactively responding to business needs with speed and accuracy, and seeking ideas and solutions.
• Adding value by demonstrating an understanding of the external market and trends, sharing this knowledge and where appropriate, advising hiring managers.
• Building an understanding of the firm, the teams/departments and what they look for.
• Promoting and engaging in direct sourcing.
• Creating and updating job descriptions.
• Liaising with recruitment agencies in relation to vacancies, sharing information on the firm’s various initiatives and encouraging a diverse shortlist of candidates.

The successful applicant will have gained at least two year’s experience as an in-house recruitment advisor and/or as a recruitment consultant within a recruitment agency.
