Skills Required:

Insurance and Health Insurance experience

- Understanding of SME health insurance processes, capabilities, ways of working, operations, value chain – mandatory

- In-depth understanding of the UK Insurance and Health Insurance market – future trends

- Scope and shape activities for the project, working with business and technical teams to understand business needs and how they can be designed and developed practically

- Work closely with Business Stakeholders to ensure decisions made in timely manner, challenge where necessary

-Ability to work with Digital teams - mandatory

- Business and IT Architecture experience - mandatory

- Solution design oversight - mandatory

1. Excellent written and oral communication - mandatory

2. Facilitation skills and able to plan and conduct workshops - mandatory

3. Good Senior Stakeholder Management - mandatory

4. Self-starter, proactive, independently work and be responsible - mandatory

5. Knowledge of Agile. Scrum and Kanban, Jira and confluence, concept of role of Domain Architect in an Agile project - preferable

6. A team player - mandatory

7. Ability to quickly understand the Business issues and requirement and develop solutions - mandatory

8. Excellent presentation skills/ visual representations

9. Insurance technology, systems, applications, and how they facilitate business solutions – mandatory

10. Ability to challenge - mandatory
