Job Title: Sales Administrator

Location: Swindon

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + bonus + benefits

Overview

An exciting employment opportunity has arisen for an experinced Sales Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing company based near Swindon.

The Sales Administrator position provides a varied and interesting role, where every day is different as the company manufacture a wide range of products from Benches, Picnic Tables to Cycle Shelters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop knowledge of products, customers & the marketplace
• Review contractors supply chain
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare customer quotes and deal with and queries
• Attend exhibitions and events to gain industry knowledge and promote company products
• Manage and improve lead generation
• Ensure quotations and within company capability – work closely with technical, financial and production)
• Review company product offering and suggest developments/improvements

Skills, Attitude and Behaviour:

• Strong admin skills
• Excellent customer service
• Previous sale/account management experience
• Construction/manufacturing background would be advantageous
