About the role
We are seeking candidates at all levels of experience with the drive and passion to deliver high quality customer service to support our strategic aims. This is an ideal opportunity to commence or further your career in Higher Education administration.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide day-to-day administrative support for our taught campus-based programmes, collaborating closely with academic and student support teams to ensure that the student lifecycle activities run smoothly.
With support to develop a working knowledge of regulations and processes, the Programme Officer is a valued and trusted member of the team with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.

This is a full-time time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.
King’s Business School operates a hybrid working policy and you will be expected to spend a minimum of two working days per week on campus.
