Family Solicitor - NQ-4 PQE - Surrey

A renowned family team in Surrey are looking to grow. The team handle a diverse range of family law matters, providing expert guidance on matters such as divorce, financial disputes, child arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements, and relationship breakdowns. Role Overview:

The firm are seeking a NQ-4 PQE Solicitor to join their team and handle a varied caseload, working alongside experienced Partners and Associates. You will be responsible for managing your own cases under supervision while contributing to the overall development and success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a broad caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, child arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes.
• Working closely with Partners and Associates on more complex cases, providing effective legal support.
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client care and service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• NQ-4 years of post-qualification experience in family law, ideally with exposure to divorce, financial disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, and child-related matters.
• Strong understanding of family law legislation and relevant case law.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of clients and provide pragmatic, client-focused solutions.
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills to meet both client and internal deadlines.
