Job Description
Exciting Sales Leadership role with a leading built environment saas business, looking for a successful software leader to head up a high performing team
The Company:
- Wide product suite for engineering, construction, manufacturing, distribution
- Partner for one of the largest manufacturing software businesses in the world
- Leader in the European market
- Customers include household names like Dyson & Rolls Royce
- 500+ employees and over 1500+ clients
- Start up environment with limited red tape and plenty of room to grow up the business
The Role:
- Managing a high performing sales team
- Responsible for the overall target of the team
- Coaching and development
- Attend prospect/customer meetings when required to support/develop individuals
- Support recruitment and hiring process
- Monitor and manage activity levels per salesperson
- Creation, development and management of salesperson’s territory plan
- Drive initiatives and activities to achieve individual and team targets
- Weekly sales meetings with team
- Up to £60k base, £120k OTE + car allowance
The Candidate:
- Experience leading a technology sales team
- Strong sales skills with proven ability in new business wins
- Ability to sell complex solutions
- Experience selling to senior management
- Knowledge of the Engineering/Manufacturing industry
- Minimum 5 year’s sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Hybrid role
