Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Lawyer to join their prestigious team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with experience in handling complex cases and providing strategic advice to clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile matters and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
  • Corporate support on various transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing and advising on employment contracts and HR procedures
  • Co-ordinating advice relating to international projects


Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in employment law within a City or leading regional law firm
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing complex cases and providing strategic legal advice.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
