360 Contract Recruitment Consultant

CSG Talent has a brand-new opportunity for an Experienced 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our Life Science division in London!

This position is for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant focusing on contract recruitment across Life Sciences. As an experienced 360 Recruiter, you will be proactively winning new business and building candidate prospects with the support of an experienced Life Science division here at CSG Talent.

As an experienced 360 Contract Recruiter, your daily duties will involve:

• Confident in creating and developing new business relationships through proactive business development
• Headhunting candidates within your market and building up your core lists of contractors
• Maintaining regular contact with both your candidates and clients, gaining market knowledge and commercial information
• Have and understanding of the European Contract Recruitment and processes
• Taking on client job briefs and understanding their key requirements.
• Negotiating terms with your client and understanding the opportunities to grow and develop the account.
• Managing the full hiring process on behalf of your clients.
• Adding and regularly updating our CRM system.

About you:

• A proven track record of building a profitable contract desk
• It is essential that you have had previous experience within the Life Science market
• Ambitious and driven to grow and develop your recruitment career.
• A confident communicator who isn't afraid to make cold calls and proactively chase new business.
